Where We Came From

Our work is hands-on, so our team is too. Everyone at On-Site Insight has a background in the military, and having deployed multiple times we understand almost any frustration this career has to offer. Barely off our own aircraft at our destination, we would often transition from passenger to worker before ever leaving the flight line. We all have extensive experience running ramp operations loading and unloading aircraft, operating warehouse management systems searching for cargo for hours in our cargo warehouses and outdoor cargo yards only to discover it hasn’t been at the location for months, and we love to drive forklifts absolutely anywhere to get the job done—we ran shifts, fixed problems, and lived with the consequences of the decisions that were made regardless of the outcome. We’re not consultants who only know the view from an air-conditioned trailer. We know what it’s like to chase phantom inventory, fight congestion in the warehouse during shift change, and explain delays and damage to customers, even if they're angry.

When we walk into your building, you’re getting a total of personal operational experiences that added up is over 60 years, and if you factor into that the knowledge we had passed down to us from our mentors just add another 60. That doesn’t mean we know it all, however, that’s what we love about this work, there’s always learning and new ways to try something. That is what makes working as a civilian more fun than being in the military, we can adapt, change, modify, and do whatever we want to safely make our operations faster, smoother, and with less work for everyone. That is why we created this company, so we could bring our overly military attitude of “get the job done”  into a world were getting the job done needs some assistance. We are serious about our work, but not serious about ourselves, and that small part of what we bring will help unlock your potential as a warehouse team. While one group is getting analytical and critical thinking headaches another group could be listening to the most unorthodox yet much more efficient method of doing a task you’ll ever hear of. What you will always get from every member of our team is a 100% straight, no-nonsense, answer to a question. We don’t sugar coat or dress up answers to avoid hurt feelings. We each bring a different angle—labor, layout, safety, systems—but we’re all focused on the same thing: helping you have chances to identify and solve whatever is not working so you can do your best work in a warehouse that’s working with you, not against you.

Insight From A Professional You Can Trust

On-Site Insight exists for leaders who know their operation can run better but don’t have the time or distance to see exactly what’s in the way. We bring a strategic lens to very real, day‑to‑day warehouse problems—how freight moves, how people are scheduled, how inventory is controlled, and how information flows between all of it.

Instead of handing you a generic “best practices” list, we connect what’s happening on your floor to the bigger picture: service levels, labor cost, safety, and customer promises. The result is a practical roadmap that shows you where to focus first, what changes will move the needle fastest, and how to build a warehouse operation that can keep up as your business grows.

I will spend the entire evaluation most likely never seen by anyone in authority. My only goals are to find every hidden corner, potential hazard, blindsapot, mislabeled equipment with dust on it, and then spend the rest of the time with the lowest level warehouse employees, the ones who walk the aisles 200 times a day and see what they think.
